This department will refer to the Teaching Quality Control Model to strengthen teacher's professional development, student's learning counseling, and programmed curriculums, plan student's curriculum map and career development map, integrate academic societies, enhance operational capacity, certify professional licenses, and integrate service & learning system and practical training system to encourage students learning by doing for becoming a professional personnel with both vision and action.
